The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the FIR in Crime No.330 of 2015, on the file of the second respondent and to transfer the same to any other investigating officer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.330 of 2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 25.10.2015 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
