K.SUNDARAVEL , Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant extension of time for the period of three months in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8015 of 2021 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2952 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12640 of 2020, dated 09.11.2020 for filing final report before the competent Court of law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the sanction order has been passed by the Government in GO (3D) No.13, Water Resources Department, dated 26.04.2022. Since the original sanction order is yet to be received through the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption and 161 (3) Cr.P.C Statement is to be obtained from the concerned Additional Chief Secretary, Water Resources Department, who signed in the G.O., the charge sheet will be laid before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P (MD) No. 8015 of 2021 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2952 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12640 of 2020, dated 09.11.2020 is extended for further period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as above.
