2. This Court is informed that even before the Commissioner could issue notice for his next visit, the decree has been complied with. A photograph has been filed by the learned counsel for the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

respondents. The dispute is over a strip of land with a width of 3⁄4 feet and the photograph shows no obstruction between the buildings of the plaintiff and the defendants and the land is visible without any obstruction throughout. This Court requires both sides to respect the title of the properties of the rival. The decree is complied with. The Commissioner is discharged.
