Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.CHOKKUSAMY BALASUBRAMANIA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in the name of the defacto complainant and hand over the same to the respondent police, as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10127 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.13485 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not able to comply with the condition within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
