This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 and 2, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.101 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and Mr.J.Ashok, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent are present.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the F.I.R has been closed as further action dropped on 10.05.2017.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has represented that he has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of this complaint.
