This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent Police to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No.46 of 2015 dated 01.03.2015 and file a final report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
