ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.6 of 2024 dated 01.03.2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that investigation has been completed in this case and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned on 10.06.2024. 3.In view of the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet filed against the petitioner. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet filed against him. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
