There was no representation for the petitioner for the last hearing on 24.03.2022 and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the records it is seen that already this Revision was dismissed for non-prosecution on 23.01.2020 and again it was restored on 13.10.2020. Since the matter is pending from 2013, this Court is not inclined to grant further time for prosecuting the case.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
