ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) and 8(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Cr.No.472 of 2023, seeks 1/3

anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 4.500 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases, out of which, two cases are similar in nature. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
