[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] In the opinion of this Court, the issue involved is beyond the jurisdiction of this Court, inasmuch as the elected representatives, namely the Panchayat members and the Local Legislators can be approached and thereafter, the District Administration can also be approached by the petitioner for redressal of the grievance. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
