This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner though history sheeted, he has not been harassed by the respondent.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is recorded. In the absence of any complaint against the petitioner, he shall not be harassed.
