2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. The detenue went missing on 29.12.2024. In this regard, Crime No.998 of 2024 was registered on the file of the second respondent police station. Since the girl was still not traced, the present Habeas Corpus Petition came to be filed.

3. Notice was issued. The second respondent caused production of the detenue. The detenue made it clear to us that she will go with her parents. The detenue is a minor child aged about 17 years. We suitably counselled the parents also.
