2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.22331/2025 dated 05.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
