JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.101 of 2010 dated 29.09.2010 on the file of the I-Additional Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli, reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No. 313 of 1999 dated 06.01.2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri.
