JUDGMENT
This appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.27 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirichirappalli, confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.306 of 2004 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that during the pendency of this appeal, the sole appellant namely, V.Jeganathan died and as such, there is no purpose in proceeding with the appeal.
