This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dismissing the application of stay for suit in O.S.No.107 of 2009 filed under Section 10 of C.P.C.

2.Mr.S.Manikandan, learned counsel reprsenting Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself has been disposed of and hence nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
