ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act 2024, in Crime No.106 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. On the earlier occasion, when this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought for withdrawal of the petition and accordingly Crl.O.P(MD).No.20087 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn. This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners and there are no change in circumstances to entertain this anticipatory bail petition.
