Mr.S.Kadarkarai COMMON ORDER The challenge in these revision petitions is to the orders passed in I.A.Nos.704 and 705 of 2013 in O.S.No.41 of 2012 seeking to re-open the evidence of plaintiff and to examine the plaintiff's father by appointment of commissioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would now submit that the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2012 itself was disposed of by the trial court and therefore, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions.

3. Recording the said statement, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
