This criminal appeal has been filed to set aside the order dated 28.12.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.1263 of 2023 on the file of the Session Judge(FAC), Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST(PoA) Act, Thoothukudi and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with the Crime No.203 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken for up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the trial Court has granted statutory bail to the appellant.
