This petition is filed to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, taking into consideration that the respondent has got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 51 days, however, on payment of costs. 2/3
