JUDGMENT
The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he is not able to contact his client and he has taken earnest effort to contact him by sending notice through Registered Post. However, the same is returned as "insufficient address". Therefore, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant reported no instructions and has also filed a memo to this effect. 2.Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution with liberty to the appellant to restore the second appeal and adjudicate, if so advised. No costs.
