ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No.124 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputur to the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, since she is residing at Trichy and unable to travel to Srivilliputur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Since the petitioner is being a lady and the distance between two places from Srivilliputur to Trichy is very long, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.124 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. The Family Court, Srivilliputur is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli forthwith. Thereafter, the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is directed to refer the matter to the Mediation. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
