ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 13.01.2020 of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam in Letter in D.No.436/2021, dated 29.09.2021, seeking six months time for disposal of the suits in O.S.No.97 of 2007, this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the The learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, seeking extension of six months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.97 of 2007.

2.The learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, in his letter dated 29.09.2021 stated that on 22.09.2021, when the suit was posted for cross examination of P.W.1, it was found that the entire records https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD). No.2299 of 2013 connected with I.A.No.01 of 2020 in O.S.No.99 of 2007, which had been forwarded to the Additional District Judge, Periyakulam for reference in C.M.A.No.05 of 2011, has not yet been returned back to the Sub Court, Periyakulam. Hence, the learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, is directed to take emergent steps to get back the records.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam, by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
