O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Sewing Teacher appointed in the third respondent School, seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to approve her appointment.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner was appointed as a Sewing Teacher in the third respondent School on 27.08.2024 and the Management has forwarded the said proposal to the second respondent on 21.09.2024 and so far no orders have been passed. Hence, the present writ petition.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the first respondent has issued a Certificate to the Corporate Management of the third respondent to the effect that there are no surplus teachers within the Corporate Management and hence the petitioner seeks a Mandamus to approve her appointment.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to forward the proposal submitted by the Management, if found eligible, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

6. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
