ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register the case in pursuant to the complaint in CSR No.381/2015 dated 29/5/2015 given by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
