This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 40 of 2015 to file charge sheet in accordance with law.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 40 of 2015 and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
