This revision petition has been filed challenging the order of conditional attachment made in E.A.No.384 of 2013 passed in E.P.No.111 of 2010. It is now stated that the petitioner Corporation has filed an appeal, against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.28 of 2009, in C.M.A.No.537 of 2014 and pursuant to the conditional order passed by this Court, entire compensation amount has been deposited to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.28 of 2009 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, I Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil. It is also stated that the claimants have been permitted to withdraw 50% of the award also.

2. In view of the said development, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
