Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C praying this Court to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.41/2013 which is pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent herein i.e. The Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D Wing, Thoothukudi for conducting further investigation and report the same.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.41/2013 which is pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent herein i.e. The Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D Wing, Thoothukudi for conducting further investigation and report the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the complaint has been closed and R.C.S. notice is also served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
