ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar in Crl.M.P.No.2871 of 2015, dated 16.04.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission on 10.06.2015, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took adjournment and the same was posted on 11.06.2015. Thereafter, the matter was listed on more than two occasions. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 3 years, without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner again seeks adjournment. It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2015. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this Criminal Original Petition would not serve for any purpose.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
