Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in proceedings Na.Ka.No.24366/07/D4 dated 30.01.2009 on the file of first respondent to quash the order passed by him restoring the separate patta issued in the name of the fourth respondent herein cancelling the transfer of Patta for the lands in Ayan S.No.795 measuring 0.65.0 Hec (1 acre 60 cents) in Kizhavadakarai Village, Periyakulam Taluk to the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.6843/2005/A2 dated 31.05.2005 by the third respondent the Tahsildar, Periyakulam confirmed by the second respondent Sub-Collector (Revenue Divisional Officer) Periyakulam in Na.Ka.No.6132/2005A-1 dated 05.02.2007 and further direct the respondents to restore Patta No.94 in the name of the petitioner as already granted by the third respondent and confirmed by the second respondent.
