ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to mention the name of Panankudi Village(Panankudi Oorar) in the invitation and permit them to conduct Ashtabandhana Mahakumbabishegam inSri Kaadathanaatchiamman Temple which is going to be held on 30.01.2020 along with other interested villagers and restore the Mandagapadi honour to the Panankudi Village by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2019.
2.Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is one of the residents of Panankudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District and their village falls under the Kadiapatti Village Panchayat and there is a temple called Arulmighu Kaadathanaatchiamman Temple situated in Kaadathanpatti village. While so, the Kadiyapatti Nagarathar have arranged for conducting the Ashtabandhana Mahakumbabishegam of the said temple and the Petitioner's village also contributed a sum of Rs.1,11,000/- and the individual family members have also contributed a sum of Rs.2,10,012/-. While distributing the invitations for the said function, the name of their village and people was omitted to be printed. Hence the Petitioner submitted a representations dated 23.12.2019 and 24.12.2019 to the first respondent and respondents 2 to 4 respectively. The same is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.
5.Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 23.12.2019 and 24.12.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
