[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent to restore the road in Re-Survey No.21/5A3 of Managiri Village, Madurai District, as per the layout plan.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, roads were laid by the competent authorities and therefore, the cause does not exist as of now.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
