ORDER

The present petition is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.652 of 2013, which the defendant had filed for appointing a handwriting expert to compare the signature of the plaintiff in certain documents.

2.This was dismissed by the trial Court on the ground that the plaintiff has admitted his signature in the disputed document. 3.Heard, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

4.When the plaintiff himself has admitted his signature, there is nothing required to be compared by the expert. 5.This Court finds that the order of the trial Court is in order. There is no merit in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed and accordingly, the fair and decreetal order dated 27.08.2013 in I.A.No.652 of 2013 in O.S.No.122 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai is upheld. No costs.
