ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.169 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Madurai in C.C.No.2310 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
