ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.10.2013 passed by the learned II Additional Sub Judge, Madurai in I.A.No.281 of 2011 in O.S.No.407 of 2008, in and by which, the learned Judge allowed the application filed by the respondent herein to stay the trial of the suit till the disposal of the second appeal in S.A.(MD) No.238 of 2009. 2.Mr.Barathan, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the second appeal itself has been dismissed as abated on 13.08.2019 and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.The said representation is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
