This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 against the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the Additional Sub court, Tirunelveli, dated 13.08.2010 passed in A.S.No.32 of 2010 confirming the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the 2nd Additional District Munsif , Tirunelveli, dated 21.11.2009 passed in O.S. No.354 of 2004.

No.354 of 2004.
ORDER:- These Second Appeals coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 19.09.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the IInd Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No.754/ 2023 dated 21.08.2023, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 19.09.2022, this Court disposed of the above Second Appeals with direction to the learned II Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli, to dispose the original suit within a period of six months from 10.10.2022, excluding the intervening Christmas holidays 2022.
2.Thereafter, the learned II Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli, by a letter dated 21.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.754/2023, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of further four months time to dispose of the suit. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the suit within the time.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli, in the above letter, the time for disposing the suit in O.S.No.391 of 2011, is extended by another three months from today.
