O R D E R

This Criminal original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in M.C.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur quash the same as illegal.

2. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 are also closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur is directed to dispose of M.C.No.5 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
