After some arguments, Mr.J.Athithya Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, wants to withdraw this writ petition.
2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant such permission for withdrawal. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
