ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned charge sheet in S.T.C.No.260 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur and quash the same.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petition mentioned case was disposed, in which, the petitioner was convicted. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
