ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.186 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 307 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is running a readymade showroom at Melur. On 08.03.2015, three persons came to the shop and asked for a green colour T-shirt, since it was not available they used filthy language and also attacked the de-facto complainant with knife. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that co-accused A3 and A4 were already released on bail.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured has discharged from the hospital and the petitioners have no previous case.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
