Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of one week from today, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
