: Respondents PRAYER :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, the third respondent herein, vide his proceedings vide A.P.3 of 2020, dated 08.10.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to restore the petitioner as poosari to the above temple.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to move the revisional authority. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will move the revisional authority within a period of week. If such revision is filed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the revision authority shall entertain the same without reference to limitation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2.Registry is directed to return the impugned order in original to the learned Counsel for the petitioner by 25.01.2021 itself.
