The petitioner in the revision petition challenges an order dismissing the application for attachment before Judgment in I.A.No.308 of 2011 in O.S.No.96 of 2011.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that pending the revision petition, the suit in O.S.No.96 of 2011 itself came to be disposed on 26.07.2017 and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
