PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS Act. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.868 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.868 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3
2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.16117 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn on 25.09.2024. The petitioner filed another petition in Crl.OP(MD) No. 20621 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2024. This is the third anticipatory bail petition and this Court does not find any change in circumstances. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
