ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.63 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 5 kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and the has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has three previous cases and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.05.2015.

5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the contraband is within the limit of less than commercial quantity, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at twice ie., at 10.00 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
