ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.6758 of 2025, dated 17.12.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 17.12.2025 directed the petitioner to stay at Viluppuram and report before the Viluppuram Town Police Station daily Morning at 10.00 a.m., and evening at 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. Now the petitioner is facing a serious threat to his life and also undergoing continuous medical treatment at Thanjavur.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition. 5.In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, to Viluppuram and report before the Viluppuram Town Police Station daily Morning at 10.00 a.m., and evening at 05.30 p.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that

the petitioner shall stay at Karur and report before the Karur Town Police Station daily evening at 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
