ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.267 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.267 of 2023, a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai in S.T.C.No.3248 of 2024 and that the petitioner had pleaded guilty and convicted on 26.02.2025.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
