(CRIME NO.729/2021) ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed by this Honble Court dated 22/11/2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.17426/2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMSUNDARVIJAYRAJ.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17426 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021. 2.By order dated 22.11.2021, the petitioner was directed to stay at Trichy and sign before the Cantonment Police Station at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 10 days and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m. until further orders. 3.The learned counsel submitted that since the petitioner is a college going student, he is unable to report before the respondent police regularly. Hence, he requested to modify of the above said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.381 of 2022 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the petitioner is a college going student, the above condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Sunday of every English Calender month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions are remain unchanged.
