For Petitioners : Mr.D.Sasikumar For Respondent : A.Murali Kumar COMMON ORDER Crl.O.P (MD) No.2522 of 2022 has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.81 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation was completed and police report was filed before the Special Court for the exclusive trial of PCR cases, Sivagangai, and the case is now pending in Special S.C.No.42 of 2023.
3.Crl.O.P. (MD) Nos.11542 and 19767 of 2018 have been filed by A1 to A8 to quash the proceedings initiated by the petitioner in 3/6
Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2522 of 2022 by means of a private complaint. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2522 of 2022 submitted that the petitioner wants to compromise the entire issue and hence both the cases pending against him and the case that he has initiated against A1 to A8 in the other two quash petitions can be closed.
5.In the light of the above submission made, it is left open to the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2522 of 2022 to file an appropriate petition to seek for quash of the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2023 and also for the withdrawal of the proceedings in C.C.No.27 of 2018, based on compromise.
6.All these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 13.11.2024 NCC :
