For Respondent : Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 1050 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused NO.2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of I.P.C. and r/w 21(4) of Mines and Minerals Act, in Crime No.1050 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The offence is against the petitioner is sand theft. A case in crime NO.1050 of 2021 has been registered against the petitioner. 3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the alleged offences is transportation of one unit of river sand. The petitioner is no way connected with the offences. The petitioner is only the owner of the vehicle and prayed the petitioner to release on anticipatory bail.

No.246 of 2022 previous cases and out of the three cases, two cases are similar in nature and prayed the petition to be dismissed. 5.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 07/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
